Designing a one and a half storey extension in SIPS. Able to create a study in the roof because of the additional space achieved. The client is over the moon. Kitchen will have a lovely open roof space.

We live in straght forward 30's semi in birmingham and keen to change the garage into a 1 and 1/2 storey extension and would like bedroom on ground floor and kitchen living upstairs in SIPS constuction. Anyway I sure you are not interested but have you any pictures/costs??
